Its smooth, repeatable movement helps produce uniform weld bead geometry while reducing over-welding, filler metal consumption, and associated costs.

Adjustable arc ignition delay of up to 5 seconds at the beginning and end of travel helps achieve consistent weld fill across the full length of the joint. A wide range of accessories allows the GECKO to be configured for various welding positions and applications.
